Slightly off topic: Yesterday I turned on an NBA playoff game between Nuggests/Mavs. The play-by-play was done by a man, the color was done by a woman. I found it so off-putting to hear a woman doing color commentary that I changed the channel. (I consider myself forward-thinking in regards to civil rights, have no problem working with or for women, etc.) Do you consider this chauvinistic?

I wouldn't really call changing the channel a display of excessive or aggressive prejudiced support for a particular group.

Based on your statement I would presume there to be a mere prejudice against your hearing women do color commentary, however unless you suddenly take it upon yourself to find proactive ways of telling women they are no longer allowed to do color commentary, while insisting that men and only men should be allowed to do so, I believe prejudice is where it stops.
